Cancellation Policy
Once you place an order on our website, you will receive a confirmation call from our customer care team. If you have placed an order by mistake or no longer need the item, you can inform our customer care team about the cancellation during this call. If you confirm the order, the shipment will be dispatched to your address the as per Shipment policy.
Return and Refund Policy in case of damaged or wrong product
If the ordered item is damaged, please raise a request on our support by WhatsApp on +91-8625835549 on the same day. We will pick up the item from your location within 1-2 days and exchange the damaged or wrong item with a new one.
Kindly note :
- We may ask for picture of product delivered
- Product will not be returned if tag is missing/damaged/torn

- Once you place the order on our website, our customer care team will provide you with details including fabric, size chart, colour, and shipping schedule. This information will help you make an informed decision, and with your confirmation, we will dispatch the order from our end.
- We have a 5-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with the product, you may exchange or return it. Return/Exchange process will be initiated within 2 working days. The refund will be generated if the product is in its original condition. The refund will be initiated within 2-3 days of receiving the product in its original condition.
